Owner - Personal Trainer - Strength Coach
Tony Gennusa, MS, CSCS
Tony is a co-owner and head trainer at PowerHaus Fitness and Performance.
Tony has been in the personal training/strength and conditioning field since 2016 where he has trained
clients of all ages, sports, and skill levels. Throughout his career, he has helped his personal training
clients reach their goals of fat loss, muscle gain, and body recomposition. Tony has also helped athletes
of all sports achieve their goals of increasing speed, strength, and power.
Tony’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology & Exercise Science from Texas Lutheran University, and a Master’s degree in Kinesiology & Exercise Science from Texas State University. He is currently certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
While at Texas Lutheran University, Tony was a 4-year starter on the baseball team and was named to
the All-Conference team each year. His senior season, he was recognized by D3Baseball.com and ABCA by being placed on the All-West Region Team.
Tony’s passion for helping his clients reach their goals is second to none. Whether you are training to
lose those last few stubborn pounds of body fat, or preparing for an upcoming sporting season, Tony’s
experience in this field will help you excel and become the best version of yourself.

Liam Beard, BS, CSCS
Liam is a co-owner and head trainer at PowerHaus Fitness and Performance.
Liam is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
Liam is a former division one college quarterback and graduate from UTSA where he obtained a bachelors of science degree in kinesiology with a concentration in exercise science.
Liam is extremely passionate about helping adults and athletes reach their full potential in health, fitness, and performance. Throughout his years of training Liam has helped is clients and athletes drop body fat percentage, build muscle, increase speed, increase strength, and increase power.

Personal Trainer - Strength Coach
Dustin Dang, BS
Dustin Dang is a personal trainer and performance coach at PowerHaus Fitness and Performance.
Dustin started his journey working for Performance Course in the summer of 2022 where he would train athletes of all ages, sports, and skills. Dustin has also spent time coaching with both the Davenport High School football and track teams. He has also worked with the San Antonio Ducks Elite 7v7, as well as the Smithson Valley Football teams.
Dustin’s educational background includes an Associate of Arts in Kinesiology as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University. Dustin specializes in stretching and recovery for his clients.
Dustin’s passion for personal training and coaching stems from him wanting to see his clients succeed in all of their personal goals. Whether that be losing those pounds of body fat or being able to play at the next level in college. Dustin looks foward to working with all of his future clients to help them achieve all of their goals.

Personal Trainer - Strength Coach
Aaron Aleman, MS, CPT
Aaron is a personal trainer and performance coach at PowerHaus Fitness and Performance.
He has been in the strength & conditioning industry since August of 2015. In his time as a trainer, he has worked with clients that are recovering from ACL injuries, professional baseball players, and those that just want to lose some weight and gain their strength back. He has been able to help people from gaining strength and speed in their relative sport, to those that simply want to be able to keep up with their child at the park.
Aaron played four years of collegiate baseball at Texas Lutheran University. During his time at TLU, he was a pivotal member of the pitching staff. During his senior year, he was recognized as the “ace” of
the staff and was placed on the D3 All-Region Team.
His love for the game and the training side that comes with it led him to pursue a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science at the University of Texas at San Antonio. While there, he was a graduate assistant with the Strength & Conditioning department where he worked with all of the UTSA athletic teams in training, nutrition, and mobility. Apart from a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree, Aaron is also a certified personal trainer through the National Council of Certified Personal Trainers.
Aaron’s love for helping others has allowed him to be able to help countless athletes and people in achieving their goals. He excels in bringing the most out of the those he works with and shows you shifting
your mindset can allow you to achieve what you really want. Your goal becomes his goal and he will work relentlessly alongside you to make sure you achieve what you set out to.
Aaron and his wife, Diana, live in San Antonio, TX with their two daughters, Ella (5) and Mia (4).
